I have been here for a week, and so far I have learned the following things:

1.) Nothing here makes sense.
2.) Animals are not supposed to talk, and they do. I think I prefer birds when they didn't have conversations outside my window.
3.) Everyone seems to carry their witchbook around, people should lock them up someplace.
4.) There are a lot of strange folks here with odd ways.
5.) What is there to do besides sit around?
6.) Why am I even writing this in here? Note to self: invest in a journal.

I said not all of them. And they didn't raise me--they lived with me. [Yes, there is a difference! In Eiko's logic, anyway.] Besides them, it was really just me for a while.

That must have been very lonely. [Which Luce could understand from his own upbringing. But at least he didn't call them Moocows. This time.]

Well... a little.

But I'm okay now. I met Zidane, Dagger, and everyone else, so I'm not really lonely. [Anymore. Even so, Dagger is here with her, but Zidane wasn't.]

[So, even living closed off from the outside, the Judge still had a friend? That at least counts for something... even if Eiko won't admit it out loud.]

Abel- he is the best person. Kind, honest, really smart.

Really? He sounds like a good person. You two must be really close.

We are, after all, the Church did hire him to only help me. But in the end, he showed he was better than anyone else. [For Luce, Abel comes first, then the rest of the world.]

[You know, Luce thinks everyone should know Abel. And learn from him.] You can, he is here, he arrived a few days after me.

[Eiko always wants more friends, even if she doesn't openly admit it. And this Abel sounded really nice--nicer than Judge here, supposedly.]

Okay! What does he look like? Will you introduce him to me?

I will, and he is taller than me, brown hair tied back, a bit fat, and has freckles. And green eyes.
