I have been here for a week, and so far I have learned the following things:

1.) Nothing here makes sense.
2.) Animals are not supposed to talk, and they do. I think I prefer birds when they didn't have conversations outside my window.
3.) Everyone seems to carry their witchbook around, people should lock them up someplace.
4.) There are a lot of strange folks here with odd ways.
5.) What is there to do besides sit around?
6.) Why am I even writing this in here? Note to self: invest in a journal.

Well... most people haven't, so I'm not surprised. It's the village of summoners.

That's what summoners do and all. We communicate with eidolons. 'Cept there really isn't any left, so... it's just me now.

Well, yeah. I don't really talk talk to them--that's what my horn's for. But I can't really hear their voices here.

Nope, I was born with it. All summoners have horns.

I can talk to faeries and wild animals with it too. But it's kind of pointless when they already talk here, don't you think?

Like I said, moogles are faeries. Some are kinda shy of humans, but most are pretty friendly. When they can speak, anyway. The ones back home lived with me after my grandpa passed.

I said not all of them. And they didn't raise me--they lived with me. [Yes, there is a difference! In Eiko's logic, anyway.] Besides them, it was really just me for a while.
